Should we use a two or three cue light system?

Posted by Andrew Chesters, DARRENE and Julian Sleath
A two light cue system is better in every way as actors have to press the appropriate buttons to let you know they are there. The system works as follows:-
* SM gives "Standby" outstation and SMs repeater flash RED
* Lovey presses button on outstation, both go to steady RED
* SM switches to go, both sets go GREEN
Any faults are easy to see as the desk and outstation are wired in series.
