Musical Departure Lounge flies into Waterloo East

The show has book, lyrics and music by Irvine and is produced by Andy Barnes, Joseph Smith and Hilary A Williams in conjunction with Theatre Royal Stratford East and Olive Theatre.
Pip Minnithorpe directs a cast that includes Chris Fountain and Verity Rushworth with Harry Hepple, Liam Tamne and Steven Webb.
Departure Lounge made its debut in Edinburgh before being performed at the Summer Play Festival in New York. It won the 2008 Musical Theatre Matters Edinburgh Festival Fringe Musical Theatre Award for Best Music.
The production runs from September 28 to October 31, with press night on September 30, at the Waterloo East Theatre, London.
