Established in January 2012 to build on the more than thirty years' experience of founder and managing director Nick Ewins, PTB's work encompasses electrical design, installation, project management and test & inspection - with the company's work engineered in every case to perfectly suit the needs of the venue.

Already well known for its work installing dimming systems, PTB has recently gained a reputation for the challenging task of re-fitting dimmer rooms without interrupting performances in the theatre - a feat achieved at London's Lyceum Theatre, home of The Lion King, for English National Opera at the Coliseum, and at the Royal Court.

The company is by no means limited to dimming, though: if it involves electricity, PTB can help, as shown by recent projects as diverse as the design and installation of revolve control systems, winch systems, pump controls to keep an orchestra pit dry, promotional video screens and more, on projects across the UK, on cruise ships, and elsewhere around the world.
