When you buy, you are placing the order with us - we provide the invoice and in turn, buy the item from our supplier. It is becuase of this that you can buy with confidence from a company with a proven track record and many thousands of satisfied customers around the world. Should a technical problem occur, we endeavour to find a solution by working with the supplier until the problem is solved. As we rely on repeat business from both supplier and customer our ongoing relationships ensure that problems are dealt with.
